1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Yorimichi mobile application (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service. All materials within the app are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 20 years old to use this app, in compliance with Japanese alcohol regulations. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Yorimichi does not sell or serve alcohol. All responsibility for alcohol consumption rests with the individual user and the venue. We are not responsible for any consequences related to alcohol consumption, including health issues, accidents, or legal matters.

We are not responsible for damages, injuries, or disputes arising from your use of the app or any third-party venue.

3. Use Conditions

In order to use the Service, the user is required to download and install the Application. Users may temporarily view or use the content within the Service through the Application solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the content included in the Service belong to the Company or the respective rights holders. This constitutes a license to use and does not imply any transfer of rights. Users shall not engage in the following acts:

• Modify or copy the content
• Use the content for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software within the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transfer the content to another person or “mirror” it on another server

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Content and Conduct

Our app allows venues and users to submit information, including special time-limited offers known as “Flares.” You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content. By posting, you grant Yorimichi a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service and related promotional materials. We may, without prior notice, remove or modify content that we believe violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others.

6. Accuracy of Information & Flares

Yorimichi displays venue information and special notifications (“Flares”) based on submissions from venues and users. While we strive for accuracy, “Flares” are time-sensitive and managed directly by the venues. We do not guarantee that a Flare, deal, price, or operating schedule is currently active or correct at the time of your visit. Information is subject to change without notice. Yorimichi does not own, operate, or control the venues listed. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of their products or services.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For unlawful purposes
• To infringe on others’ intellectual property rights
• To harass, abuse, or harm other users
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to the Yorimichi name, logo, design, software, and other features, are the property of Yorimichi and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of these materials without our prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” Yorimichi makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app or its contents. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitations

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service (including, without limitation, data loss, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages), except in cases where such damages result from the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall nonetheless continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or website. Continued use of the Service after such changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
